Appointment Deposit and Cancellation Policy
While AVA's is prepared to accommodate "walk-ins," appointments
are encouraged and some services require a deposit. With proper
notice we will gladly reschedule your appointment or cancel and
refund your deposit.
Please arrive 15 minues before your appointment.

48 Hour Notice & Up Required |
| Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and New Year's |
One Week & Up Required |
72 hours and up must be given for services greater than 3
hours or for multiple people
Multiple packages booked together count as one package.
Due to the nature of our business and in order to ensure
timely quality customer service, the cancellation policy must be
enforced and charged in full.
